Locations
Since its founding, the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV) has been based in Cologne. Additionally, BfV has a second office in the federal capital of Berlin. From both locations, BfV performs its duties all over the Federal Republic of Germany.

Cologne-Chorweiler office
Completed in 1989, the Cologne office is located in the Volkhoven/Weiler part of the Cologne-Chorweiler district.

If you travel by car, access will only be possible via the guardhouse at the main and visitor entrance on Merianstraße.

Berlin-Alt-Treptow office
Since 2004 the Berlin office has been located on the barracks area close to Treptower Park in the Alt-Treptow part of Berlin situated in the Treptow-Köpenick district.
